Each apartment is given one assigned carport space. Open spaces are for guests and 2nd vehicles. Parking at the community is open and unassigned for residents and their guests. Vehicles must be fully operational and feature current registration to park on-site. Any unauthorized, abandoned, or improperly parked vehicles are subject to towing at the owner's expense.
