|Recommended: YesHighly Recommended — It has been a year since we move here and we are glad we became members of victoria woods family we love it so much here that we decided to renew our lease ,I would like to commend jessica,robert,val,silver,ray and zenia for providing exceptional service since the beginning of our lease and continually upholding their standard of quality customer service support to residents of victoria woods up to now,My family and I appreciate and very grateful for all you have done for us, the vicinity is clean always well maintained and the management always ensure our safety specially during this pandemic.I highly recommend this place and i love the upgrades and new projects they have,the place is well maintained and the management continually makes improvements on the buildings and landscape.Over all i give this place a five star specially for the people that work here,highly recommended

|Recommended: YesNeighbors Not Being Respectful — I love the apartment complex and the staff very much, everyone is friendly and very helpful when we need help or to resolve an issue. But I’m this community we should all respect each other’s privacy, property and show courtesy and respect for one another especially with neighbors. We never had an issue with our neighbors until recent events but I always respect them and follow rule guidelines to ensure safety and comfort for one another. But some neighbors don’t do that same courtesy as fellow neighbors and we should all follow rules and make sure everything is clean, kept professional and respectful for one another.
